Occupational Therapy helps children participate in daily activities by improving their motor, sensory, and adaptive skills. At GLINT of Joy, our OT program is designed through play-based and practical activities:
Fine Motor Skills: Strengthening hand–eye coordination, grip, and writing/drawing skills.
Gross Motor Skills: Building balance, posture, and body coordination.
Sensory Integration: Helping children manage over-sensitivity or under-sensitivity to sounds, lights, textures, and movements.
Self-care & Independence: Training for dressing, eating, grooming, and other everyday activities.
Attention & Focus: Strategies to improve concentration and reduce hyperactivity.
Play & Social Participation: Encouraging meaningful play and interaction with peers.
Goal: To enable children to perform everyday tasks with confidence, independence, and joy.
